Our chef introduces Vietnamese culture throughout the course. He does the traditional demonstration by explaining the importance of all ingredients and its cultural, the different spices, when and how they are used. He also coordinates with you during this course and he will teach you how to prepare and cook Fresh spring rolls and sauce. Finally, you will enjoy the delicious food made by yourself.
